The ORDER PROCESS
Amyang Fashun is a brand that offers Couture Wear for Men and Women. We work with a trusted team of tailors and seamstresses to complete your order. Most items from our collection are made to order, especially items from our Couture line. To ensure high quality workmanship, construction of your items requires time. Below is our step by step process once your order is recieved.
Once your order is received, it is reviewed by our Customer Service Representative. If additional information is required, we will contact you directly via email | phone to collect additional information. The best example of this is additional measurements for a Custom Blazer.
We follow up with 24 hours of recieving your order.
Inventory Check
Your Customer Service Representative meets with a Designer to review your order and confirm all material ordered is in stock. Due to demand, some of the more popular fabrics are on backorder, or en route from our warehouses. Your Customer Service Rep will notify you via email if we anticipate a delay due to fabric replenishment.
We follow up within 48 hours of recieving your order.

Creation of Order
Fabrics and materials for your order are delivered to our construction team to create your couture item. Our tailors and seamstresses are highly skilled craftsmen and craftswomen. They work at a fast pace, however their job takes time. Due to the high demand for their talent, and the necessity to provide high quality garments, we do NOT accomodate Rush Orders.
Process to Construct: 10 Calendar Days
Delivery of Completed Item
After quality checks are complete and your order is approved by a member of the design team, your customer service representative will manage the shipment of your item. Once your items is shipped, you will recieve a notification via email with your confirmation|tracking number.
Amyang Fashun uses FedEx and the United States Postal Service to ship orders.

Return Policy
In the event that your item requires an alteration or you are not satisfied, we will accept your product. Please contact your customer service representative via email to begin the return process. All couture items have a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 15 business days in the same condition received in order to recieve your refund. You are responsible for shipping fees for all refunds. You will be credited for shipping costs incurred due to exchanges or adjustments.
